The Leche Flan

That's (image above) the leche flan I always craved of and let my hubby buy whenever he goes to El Pollo Loco with matching grilled chicken, corn, and rice. I like its leche flan so much. I can eat it all at one time. lol. It's not that small, it's not even big. I don't about you, perhaps it's just depend upon the appetite or the person. Anyway, did I mention that I like to try to make this dessert by myself? Yes, but sadly up to now haven't yet due to some reason. Aside from hubby were advised by his doctor not to eat sweets, and he just don't like trying it, lol. I've seen several recipes but haven't attempted yet, well, one day.. :-) So that's it. It's just my dessert diary upon my life's journey. Have a good day!

   Flan is a wonderful dessert -- but not for the person on a diet! It has been sometime since we have eaten flan. But we love it when we do. Sylvia makes very good flan.

   favorite place ko ang pollo loco when i was still in cali. i love their chicken but never tried the leche flan.

   Hello Baje. I like leche flan too but not that much. I am not into sweets kasi eh. Sori baje karon lang ko ka bisita u. I've been busy at work and I am sure I will be busier next week kasi my manager is on vacation and I am the temporary in-charge in our department. They add more hours for me.    agoy ka sweet jud ni banana...never knew naa diay leche plan sa EPL madam sis...aha...next time papalit ko ni banana...love their chicken though....
