Dieters are wondering how to burn fat! But how is it really? Brisk walking? Jogging? Running? Doing chores? Hemmm.. is your diet take effects? Did you exercise daily? Did you eat good food?

Well, am no expert when it comes to diet, all I know is that we should not consume much food that are more than what we need. Or perhaps no more than what we want (for an extra). (~_~) Eating fruits and vegetables is very important. Just enough carbohydrates and no to saturated fats. I can say because this is what am doing. Well, not so often but mostly. And am not a fond of foods {just sometimes.. (~_~)}. Well, what about you, do you have some tips in there? What about taking diet pills(you can see some @ www.fatburner.net)? What's your secret of your healthy body? Be healthy always, okay? I hope you all the best!

    Counting calories is very important. For a woman, it's usually normally 1500 to 2000 calories a day. And work-out. It's also good to work out in the morning so it speeds up your metabolism all day long. Starvation is a no no.. It's even better to eat 4 to 5 small meals a day so your body would constantly burn and not store food.

    I know about this because I'm trying to lose weight from pregnancy. It's not easy but I manage to lose a lot and still has 10 more pounds to go.

    I have always been active and very athletic. Also i am very fond of eating light as in veggies and fruits. I love fish and almonds :)

    For me..it is almost natural to eat healthy and stay fit which in turn gives back a healthy and well balanced body and mind :)

    My tip is: eat half of everything that you would normally eat if you are trying lose weight...
