A SIP OF COLD YOUNG COCONUT JUICE

How's summer folks? It seems everyone is having fun? I hope so! Being a wife at home isn't not that fun especially this summer time that heat is up and my blogging working station is near at the window of which sun at time hit it. Anyway, it's still good and whatever it is am still enjoying my work as a wife at home and enjoying my blogging thing (who don't?)! (~_~) Okey, let's have now a sip of cold young coconut juice. I would have to zip this for it's only for me. (~_~) Anyway, did you know that young coconut juice is good for the kidney and cleansing of the inside part of the body more of a water? aside from the taste is good and it cools off our warm body that's the other thing that I know and no artificial mix because it comes from the coconut tree itself but of course water is essential. This is a little bit cost more than a water but you know.. I have to drink of this sometimes. It's good for the health.
By the way, I already change the date of my camera (~_~) and yes if you click the image above to enlarge--the date is 4 days ago but I still have one now that currently sipping on here sometimes while typing or does something in my pc and enjoying the coolness and taste of it. I miss this a lot. Let's have some zip folks! Enjoy the summer! So then, I have to go now and later an hour later have to go to the market--there's something today that hubby and me celebrates for.    I love coconut juice too. It's very refreshing and it's also good if you have a UTI. I always buy coconut here in our place for only Php15 a piece.

   should we call it sip..instead of zip? ...:) sos pagkalami aning buko nimo madam sis..naa pay nabilin diha? nakapalit ko ani one time...sos tawon daot naman ang sulod..wala ko nuon ka tilaw....:(
   
   na as in grabi kaau kainit dire...ganina gni nga 102 ang kainit...na sige ta panington.....maau ka kay sige man ka ug sip sa imong buko juice....:)

   coconut juice is good for the kidney and it is very refreshing 2 especially when the season is hot. makes me want to drink one right now... hehehe

   I miss the fresh and newly harvested coconut Beck. I remember I used to eat "lugit" there back when I have nothing to eat. Kalami sa sabaw sa botong. Kumusta my friend? By the way thank you sa message nga you gi-left sako cp. I wasn't able to pick it up because I was at work. We will be watching the Dodger on Sunday. Maybe you can go with us? What u say?
