There are just times that I just keep on tossing around the bed. I can't really pinpoint why I can't sleep even though how much I tried to. I focus my mind to just concentrate on sleeping but sometimes I fail.

I admit there are times that I have so much in my mind some family matters you know. I try very hard to clear my mind and leave all the worries behind so that I can get a good night sleep and have a better day ahead but sometimes I fail. In times like these, I always wish I can get a hold of an effective insomnia treatment. Insomnia is not fun to have, as I always end up having a bad day the following day. I really have to research more about this treatment because perhaps this is what I really need.

As I am in the Philippines for a vacation, I have noticed that most people here are very skinny and lean. Sometimes I wonder how they end up to be real skinny when most people here eat as many as 5 times a day. Then it dawned on me that people in the Philippines walk a lot and work hard. Because access to transportation is not very easy, people just walk miles and miles everyday to be able to reach their destinations. I now realized that daily exercise and healthy eating habits are the best fat burners. I know that people here eat breakfast, lunch and dinner plus snacks in between but they all eat in small quantity and they eat healthy foods like fish and vegetables all the time.  You see, if only more people will adopt to this kind of living there will be less obese people in the world.

When I see the word testosterone the first thing that comes to mind is it has to do with sexual function. It is true that testosterone regulate healthy sexual function in pubescent and adult males but it this is not all of this. Testosterone also plays a vital role in both men and women's health.  Did you know that having a low level of testosterone makes both men and women susceptible to osteoporosis?  Testosterone protects bones, muscles and tissues and prevents osteoporosis while promoting sexual desire.  As we grow old, testosterone production decreases, but nothing to worry about as there are testosterone supplements that are available in the market today.
